My path to operations started in law. Spending two years as a Legal Secretary embedded a deep respect for strict documentation, meticulous attention to detail, and ironclad data accuracy. These are the exact qualities that define how I manage technical databases today.
In 2021, I transitioned into remote freelancing as a general Virtual Assistant. I quickly realized that the biggest bottleneck for growing teams was broken processes. Within seven months, I niched down exclusively to supporting digital marketing agencies, eventually moving into an in-house agency role by early 2022.
By April 2025, my ability to organize chaos earned me a promotion to Marketing Coordinator. Navigating the intersection of content production, client demands, and campaign launches revealed a fundamental truth. The most impactful marketing results always stem from better back-end systems.
Today, I am actively bridging the gap between strategic coordination and advanced marketing technology. I spend my time analyzing complex software architectures, dismantling operational bottlenecks, and refining technical builds.
